1. Overview
All payments for EcomHeld are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with EcomHeld for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment date. This applies to subscription fees and one-time setup fees on your first purchase.
After the 30-day period, refunds are not available for unused subscription time, including prepaid Six-Month or Annual plans, except where required by applicable law or where a material technical defect prevents use of the Service (see section 5 below).
3. How to Request a Refund

You must also submit your refund request through Paddle using one of the following methods:
- Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your transaction confirmation email
- Submit a request via the support link in your receipt or billing page
- Visit https://paddle.net and select “Request refund”
If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle billing portal (accessible from your receipt or confirmation email). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Six-Month and Annual Plans: Cancellation during an active prepaid term stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund after the 30-day money-back guarantee period. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the Service as described, please contact us at support@ecom-held.com or +34 682 869 112 first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Paddle’s support team via https://paddle.net and provide details of the issue and any response received from us. Where there is evidence of a material technical defect, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights under applicable law. Where local consumer protection laws grant additional withdrawal or refund rights (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU/EEA for certain digital services), those rights apply and take precedence over this policy.
